“God is within her, she will not fall; God will help her at break of day.” Psalm 46:5

I am a lover of Jesus, my Savior, above anything. I’m a newlywed, married to my greatest gift, Omar. I’m a simple woman serving an extraordinary God.
I’m an oil painter, contributing writer, and current graduate student studying for my Masters of Fine Arts in Writing from Lindenwood University. I graduate the Spring of 2018.
I lived in beautiful Southern California for a year and a half where I pursued my MA in English while working as the A&E Editor for the campus newspaper at La Sierra University. A large part of my testimony rests in my journey in Cali, you can read that story here on page 72 titled, “When You Pass Through The Waters”.
I graduated with my B.A. in Mass Communications/Journalism with a minor in Art from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.
We have such an allotted time on earth, and my mission is to simply point to God in all I do. I simply want to be a vessel. I lean into the creative and breathe in stillness. I also love my coffee in the mornings!
Thanks for visiting my little neck of the woods, fellow readers. I hope you enjoy perusing through my paintings.
